The handstamp was in use between 22nd May and 26th May
A commemorative cover was produced for the conference and for the anniversary of the coronation was which had one of the stamps from the new issue on the 31st May.
The cover during the conference cost 25p and the First day cover with this post mark on 31st May cost 25p plus 5p postage.
