This was the first year that the Congress was held at the University of Stirling
The cover design features the entrance to the hall where the congress took place. The Special handstamp incorporates the coat of arms of the Unoversity.
The hosts for this Congress were the Bearsden and Stirling Philatelic Societies.
There was a special posting box at the University where items posted would receive the special handstamp
