Description
To commemorate the 21st Anniversary of the Civil Service Postal Society a philatelic exhibition was held in the King Edward Building Hall of the GPO’s London Postal Region Headquarters in King Edward Street London EC1 on 29th.29th & 30th January.
An exhibition cover was produced which cost 6d unserviced and 1s 6d serviced.
