Description
The Convention was held at The Waldorf Hotel Manchester and the hosts were the Ashton – under – Lyne Philatelic Society.
Two illustrated covers were avaiable one being red and black the other being blue and black. Unserviced covers costs 9d each.
Serviced covers cost 1s 6d each and if the ‘Manchester Foot Post’ cachet was also required then the cost would be 2s 6d a cover.
