The school was holding an exhibition on 18th & 19th October to commemorate the 50th Anniversary of the Royal Air Force.
Serviced covers could be obtained for 1/ 6d. Plain covers cost 9d plus 4d postage.
Orders had to be sent to Mr H Tripp Moor Grange County Secondary Boys’ School Parkstone Avenue Leeds 16.
The proceeds were donated to the RAF museum
