Showpex was held at the Cafe Royal Piccadilly Circus London from 4th-9th September.
It was open Monday to Friday 1100 hrs -2030 hrs and on Saturday 1000 hrs – 1900 hrs
An illustrated cover was produced and the handstamp was used each day suitably dated.
A serviced cover for the first day cost 20p each whilst covers for the remaining days were 15p each
A set of 6 covers cost 90p.
There was a special post box at Showpex where items posted would receive the special handstamp
