Description
The Annual Conference was held at the Bay Hotel Falmouth from 25th to 29th October.
Only a special postcard was produced which unserviced cost 5p, and 1op with the special handstamp
There was a special post box at the Bay Hotel where items posted would receive the special handstamp.
