Description
The association of Essex Philatelic Societies held a one day stamp and postal history exhibition on 28th February.
It was held at the village hall Hatfield Braod Oak and to coincide with the issue of the 9p British Oak Stamp.
A cover with special cachet and the special handstamp was available fully serviced at 20p each cover.
