The hosts for this Convention were The Philatelic Section of the Sports and Social Club Department of Health and Social Security which was held at DHSS Central Office Longbenton Newcastle upon Tyne.
It also commemorated the 25th Anniversary of the formation of the Department’s Sports and Social Club.
