This postmark in the British Postmark Bulletin is numbered 13391 with a usage period of 19 April 2015 to 18th April 2016.
As can be seen from the uploaded image the stamp is from the Comedy Stamp issue which went on sale from 1st April 2015.
The postmark is dated 19 Jan ’15
It appears that at the handstamp Centre the Month was not set appropriately.
