Description
The special handstamp commemorates the 1300th anniversary of the Synod of Hertford and the exhibition was held at The Synod Exhibition Centre Museum Annexe The Wash Hertford form 9th -30th June.
An illustrated cover was produced which serviced cost 10p or unserviced 5p.
There was a special post box at the exhibition and also at McMullens Seed Warehouse Mill Bridge Hertford where items posted would receive the special handstamp
