The summer school was held at Christchurch Oxford from 18th -31st July.
An illustrated cover was produced which depicted Tom Tower and the special handstamp incorporates the shield of the Institute of Bankers.
The cover fully serviced cost 1s 3d or a minimum of 12 covers unserviced could be purchased at 5 shillings plus postage.
