The annual convention took place Christ Church Hall Church Street Woking from 11000 – 1830 hours. Admission was by catalogue which cost 2 shillings and children were charge 1 shilling
An illustrated cover was produced which fully serviced cost 1s 3d
There was a special post box at Christ Church Hall where items posted would receive the special handstamp
