Description
The festival ran from 23rd – 28th August and an illustrated cover was produced. This cover cost 6d each
There was a special post box near Hereford Cathedral where items posted would receive the special handstamp.
There was no serviced covers available but for reposting items could be sent to the Head Postmaster Hereford under cover to receive the special handstamp.
