Description

A temporary Post Office was at the showground and was designated ‘Royal Highland Show’ Ingliston Newbridge Midlothian.

It was open throughout the show, 17th June 1000 -1830 hours and 18th -21st June 0900-1830 hours

There were facilities for postal and telegraph business and a restricted service for Money orders and Savings Bank Business could  be transacted.

Items could be posted to exhibitors addressed  Royal Highland Show Ingliston Newbridge Midlothian

Circulations were over the TAS network and the dialing code PH 277 had been allocated.
