Description
The convention and Exhibition was held at the Assembly Rooms Surbiton Kingston upon Thames on Saturday 2nd November from 1015 to 1800 hours.
The hosts were The Kingston and District Philatelic Society.
The official opening was undertaken by the Mayor of The Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames, Alderman K Bidmead BA JP and the Mayoress Councillor Mrs E A Bidmead.
