Description
The Congress was held at The University of Stirling and was opened by Mr John Hubbard President of The Royal Philatelic Society London.
The Congress hosts were the Caledonian Philatelic Society.
The cover also commemorates the 125th Anniversary of the Caledonian Railway and the special handstamp l shows the engine (CR No 419) and a reproduction of the early CR handstamp.
