Description
A temprary Post Office was in operation between 25th-29th April 1960.and used the special handstamp postmark on both ordinary and registered mail.
The Congress was attended by some 3,500 public health experts from around the World and had been held annually since 1876.
The handstamp illustrates a graph representing the growth of the society.
