Description
The Golden Jubilee was commemorated by a Festival on Elstow Green.
Two illustrated covers were produced for the rotary club. The first serviced cost 30p each and the second cover a de-luxe die stamped cover signed by the Vicar of Elstow, Golden Jubilee President of the Bedford Rotary Club at £1.08 each
Profits went to local charities supported by Bedford Rotary Club
There was a special post box at the Green Elstow where items posted would receive the special handstamp.
