The rally was held at Great Havers J M I School Havers Lane Bishop’s Stortford where there was also a special post box whrere items posted would receive the special handstamp
Two illustrated covers were produced, both of the same design commemorating the 25th Anniversary of the signing of the United Nations Charter. One cover was blue the other bistre.
Each cover cost 6d unserviced or 1s 6d each serviced.
The special handstamp is a flag design incorporating the United Nations 25th Anniversary motif.
