Description
The Arbroath and District Philatelic Society sold this illustrated cover which depicts Arbroath Abbey fully serviced with the Arbroath stamp from the 1970 Anniversaries issue on the first day of Issue, 1st April at a cost of 1s 6d.
They also provided the same cover with the special handstamp dated 6th April at the same cost of 1s 6d per cover.
An unserviced cover could be ordered from the society at a cost of 1 shilling each cover
