Description
The Congress was held over 4 days at the Grand Hotel Folkestone.
The theme for the Congress was ‘International Year’
There were four special handstamps , one for each day and four different coloured illustrated covers were produced.
A set of four covers unserviced cost 2s 6d postage extra whilst a set fully serviced cost 5s 6d
A special post box was at The Grand Hotel Folkestone where items posted during the four days of the congress would receive the special handstamp for each relevant day.
