Description
The Congress was held at the Council Chamber of the International Coffee Organisation Berners Street W1 over the two days 28-29th September.
There was a separate special handstamp for each day. (1497)
This was the first time the Congress held their meeting in London and some 46 countries were represented.
An illustrated cover was produced which cost 1 shilling and could be purchased the week before at Philympia.
There was a special post box at the council chamber where items posted would receive the special handstamp
