This was also the 13th Annual Convention of the Surrey Philatelic Societies and was held at St James’s Church Hall Church Street Weybridge Surrey.
An illustrated cover was produced which serviced cost 10p each or unserviced 5p each plus postage.
There was a special post box at the church hall where items posted would receive the special handstamp
