Description
An illustrated cover was produced which depicts a Centurion Tank under the coat-of-arms of the Ruhr town of Wetter and the cap badge of the Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers
The covers were available either with GB Philympia stamps or the German 10,20,30 and 50 pfennig definitives.
The cost of the GB version fully serviced was 6 shillings
