Description
The conference was held from 3rd October to 6th October at the Station Hotel Perth.
Two souvenir cards were produced to commemorate the conference. One depicted a map of the 1825 postal routes in Perthshire and the other reproduced a selection of Perth handstamps from 1743- 1844.
