Description
The Stockton on Tees Philatelic Society were the hosts for the North of England Philatelic Association convention which was held at the Stockton Billingham Technical College The Causeway Billingham Teeside.
The convention was opened by the Head Postmaster of Teeside, T W Lumley
An illustrated cover was produced which fully serviced cost 10p each. Unserviced covers cost 5p each plus postage.
There was a special post box at the convention where items posted would receive the special handstamp.
